    Our team at Zervas designed the beautiful Gateway Building which is now home to the newest Starbucks location in Skagit County. The building features stunning mass timbers in the lateral braces and a mostly glass facade facing Highway 20. We're proud to share that the wood-look exterior cladding is made from a composite material with high recycled content. We're currently working on the design for the next tenant space.
