The multi-phase redevelopment of the Cascade Laundry building started with the conversion of the old laundry into the now popular Bellingham Cider Company.  The farm to table menu prepared in the open kitchen is thoughtfully paired with small batch ciders produced with Washington apples.  In 2018 BCC received the Scepter Awards’s Transformative Space Award and was honored with “Best New Restaurant” in Best of the Northwest Competition!
