The Auxiliary Service Building (ASB) is a new facility that is housing WCC Facilities & Maintenance, grounds crews, custodial, and copy services. The design has the goal of attaining a LEED Gold certification, featuring solar roof panels, low flow toilets, a heat recovery system, rain gardens, bio-filtration swales, and pervious walkways.   It is the intention of the College to use the building as a model for sustainability.
